HE WAS Federal Commissioner For Health (1967-70), Agriculture (1970-71), Industries (1971-74), Nigeria; Chairman of the Order of St.John, Nigeria Chapter (1966-77); Retired Senior Lecturer, University of Lagos; 1977 Charter Fellow of the UK College of Preceptors; Life Fellow, International Biographical Association; Life Deputy Governor of the American Biographical Research Association; Life Fellow of the United Writers Association, India; Education Adviser to Macmillan (Nigeria) Publishers (1966-89) BALOGUN of Mopa,Kogi State, Nigeria:(1969-2010)and author of several History, Geography and Social Studies books.
